Kevin P. Walsh is a founding partner of the law firm of Williams, Walsh & O'Connor, LLC, in North Haven, Connecticut. He has been practicing law since 1986 which practice is limited to litigation and arbitration matters. Mr. Walsh earned dual bachelor's degrees in history and political science from Providence College, Providence, Rhode Island and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School Boston, Massachusetts. He also studied/attended the Institute of International Law, Oxford University, Oxford, England. Attorney Walsh has been admitted to multiple state and federal bars including Massachusetts, Connecticut, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut.
Mr. Walsh is the author of two works. He co-authored "Superior Deposition Strategies in Connecticut Civil Trial Practice" and authored "Hot Topics, Trends and News in Personal Injury Law." His list of clients include professionals such as doctors, lawyers, real estate brokers, and businesses such as restaurants, manufacturers, franchise entities, hotels, nursing homes, transportation and construction entities. Mr. Walsh has worked with and has been appointed counsel at the request of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, American States Insurance Company, Gallagher Bassett Insurance, Maryland Insurance Administration, The Hartford Insurance Company, CNA Insurance Company, Nationwide Insurance Company, United National Insurance Company, Zurich Insurance Company and others. One hundred percent of his practice is dedicated to areas including product liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, franchise litigation, trust and estate litigation, and coverage litigation.
Mr. Walsh has obtained million dollar verdict and settlement results for clients and has also protected clients from million dollar damages claims.
